Every part of this dish is so easy to prepare and can be made in advance. The best part of it for me is it can be topped with an egg and eaten for breakfast or topped with some grilled chicken (for meat eaters!) and eaten for supper. I made a huge bowl of this for lunch yesterday and scoffed the whole lot!! Its bursting with amazing flavours that are guaranteed to get those saliva glands working overtime!! I NEED to make more today it was so delicious!!! The best thing is, It’s really easy to make, quick and healthy (of course!) and the crispy onions just finish the dish off beautifully!
