
Healthy Chocolate Milkshake
It doesn’t get any easier than this. It doesn’t get much healthier than this! Just 4 healthy ingredients and a couple of minutes and you will have a delicious, guilt free, thick chocolate milkshake by your side!
Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 avocado
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tsp. Raw cacoa
Method
Add all the ingredients to your blender, whizz it up till smooth. Fill your glass to the top, stick a straw in and go and relax somewhere and enjoy every beautiful mouthful!
Perfect to eat for breakfast, for a sweet treat at the end of your day or mid morning or afternoon to keep the munchies at bay
to make it even healthier add 1 tsp of chia seeds.
When you freeze your bananas, make sure you peel them first (!!) and break them up into 3 or 4 pieces to make sure your blender doesn’t explode with the effort! Pop them into a ziplock bag and place in freezer. As soon as my bananas start to turn from ripe to overripe I freeze them. You can also buy overripe bananas at discount at your supermarket.
