These are SOOOOOOOO delicious!! Seriously, one of the best inventions for anyone who likes chocolate or sweet things but wants to stay healthy. They take a couple of minutes to make and are dense with fantastic nutrients for your body! YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM!!!!!

Ingredients

1 cup of raw almonds

1 cup of raw walnuts

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp raw cacoa

3 tbsp Yacon syrup

1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

Method

1. Place all ingredients in your blender

2. Whiz on high for a couple of minutes until mixed together and the nuts are reduced to tiny sizes.

3. Using a tbsp, ball the mixture up into mouth size balls (above ingredients will make about 12 balls)

4. You can either eat them straight away or put them in the freezer for an hour. I prefer them in the freezer as it means I take a little longer to eat each ball

If you haven’t used Yacon syrup, you can buy it from wholefoods and sprouts and also order it from amazon, It is a GREAT ingredient and I throuroughly recommend it to anyone who is keen on cooking, wants to watch their sugar intake or reduce calories to invest in some!
