Fish Ceviche – fast, fresh and healthy

Fast, fresh and healthy fish ceviche

Ingredients

8oz fresh white fish (I used cod) chopped into bite size pieces

1/4 cup lime juice

1 small hot chilli minced

1 green mango chopped

1/4 onion chopped

1 avocado chopped

1/2 bunch fresh cilantro/coriander

 

Method

1. Mix the fresh fish and the lime juice together, cover and place in fridge

2. AFter the fish has been in fridge for 30 minutes add the rest of the chopped veggies

3. Serve – YES! It really is that easy (you’re welcome!)

This dish is SO fresh and tasty, so good for you and amazingly low in carbs. Enjoy it while checking out your halo!
