Healthy Chocolate Fudge Muesli Bites

YUM! Easy to make, healthy to eat and soooooooo delish!



2 cups of muesli

2 ripe bananas

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)

1 tbsp raisins (optional)

2 tbsp Yacon syrup

2 tsp coconut oil

Chocolate Fudge

1 tbsp raw cocoa

5 pitted dates



Preheat oven to 375F

1. Add all the ingredients together except the raw cacao and dates and whiz in a blender

2. Place the mixed ingredients in a bowl and whiz the cacao and dates together to make the “chocolate fudge”

3. Add lumps of the chocolate fudge into the mixed ingredients

4. Using a teaspoon, spoon lumps of the mixture onto Silpat on a baking tray (or a greased baking tray/grease proof paper)

5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes
