
Kale sauteed with garlic
A delicious and nutrient dense side dish that can be served with just about any main dish. Easy and extremely quick to make – there is NO excuse not to include this in your weekly veg choices!!
Ingredients
1 bunch of kale leaves
5 garlic cloves, crushed and minced
Olive oil, salt and pepper
Squeeze of lemon
1/2 cup of crunchy kale chips
Method
1.Salt, pepper and oil the kale leaves
2.Heat the oil in a fry pan.
3 . Add minced garlic and saute for 2 minutes
4. Add the kale leaves. keep stirring as the leaves shrink in size
5. Cover and saute for 5 minutes
6. Serve with a squeeze of lemon over the kale and crunchy kale chips
