Kale smoothie juice

What could be better to kick start your day with the juice of one of the most nutritious veggies on the planet. Paired with the sweetness of an apple and with the added benefits of mint, coconut water and seeds you can’t help but step out into your day bursting with energy and goodness (and a polished halo!) with this drink!

Ingredients

1/2 cup kale leaves

1 apple cored (not peeled)

1/2 cucumber

1/2 inch ginger

1/2 bunch of fresh mint

1 small carton of coconut water

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp hemp seeds

 

Method

1. Wash  and roughly chop all fruit and veggies

2. Add to your vita mix or whizzer and whiz on full till all vegetables are liquid. Add more water if too thick.

3. Serve and enjoy!
