Banana & Avocado Ice Cream
So simple. So delicious. So healthy.
If you are nervous of trying any recipes, this is the one to start with – ‘cos they don’t get any simpler than this!
(YUP that’s all!)
1 Peel and chop banana into 4 or 5 pieces.
2 Place in a zip lock bag and freeze
3. Whiz the banana in your vitamix or blender with a whole peeled and stoned avocado.
….and it really is that simple!!
Eat on its own for a healthy breakfast or serve with some chopped raw brownies for a decadent dessert
